Apartment Review for Pass Pointe Apartments - Biloxi, MS

Every single thing anybody I know has asked to have fixed or improved has been done, and fast. In my opinion, the maintenance manager here is second to none. He is both SMART and fast. The only problems I really see and/or know about come from tenants...those FEW who are inconsiderate, slobs, and trashy (see the litter around their cars), and who ignore any rules as if rules do not apply to them. Tenants who are good neighbors turn out to like living here. With considerate management and A-1 maintenance, all that remains for this to be a top-notch place is YOU, the tenant. I for one love this place. Sooooo roomy. Quiet, almost always. Tenant litter is picked up by groundskeeper (who is paid by YOUR rent fees; you pick up, rent fees wouldn't have to be as high!). I have lived in other apartment units, in town and in other cities. None better than Pass Pointe, especially square feet per price!
