Apartment Review
the good and the bad
Review Date: 8/19/2006

I moved into this apartment complex excited because it was so beautiful and it was basically the only thing left because of the storm but on top of that the rent was outrageous. After living in the apartment maybe a week i noticed that the walls was spray painted which wouldnt of been to bad if they painted my walls even! After they painted they installed the cabinets and other fixtures and in the process they scratched and dented the walls. My luxurious tub, whatever, is not even big enough to stretch my legs in and it would take about 20 minutes to drain, come to find out there was dry wall, cardboard and other foreign materials left in my drain. The applicances really suck and because it take more than 2 hours to dry my laundry my electricity bill is crazy. I stay on the first floor and i have seen all kind of bugs inside of my apartment and we keep the doors closed! There have been snakes and rats sited in the parking lot and even on the second floor of an apartment. The pond is nasty, the trash compacter is always overflowing with trash, parking is really bad. i can go on but I guess you get the point.
