Apartment Review for Arbor Place - Biloxi, MS

First off I would like to note that the saying is tru,"don't judge a book by it's cover!" On the outside the apartments are great, inside the space is breathtaking, then you start to notice the little things. The one trashcompactor, for 1100 people I might add, is always over flowing which is beyond disgusting. There are dog dispensers to place dogs droppings, but no one ever uses them, and there are dog dropping everywhere. So, this makes me wondr what the maintenence people are doing when they are doing there so called patrolling. You are allowed to have grills on the property, which I could understand, but then why are you allowed to have electric grills, those can still start a fire too! Oh yes, and they have also placed a new community regular grill on the property, but wait a minute, I thought we were not allowedto have grills! The so called pond looks like brewed tea, and the merky swamp, right next to the property, is a screaming flood me! The paint on th walls should not even be called paint, because it rubs right off. The capert is so cheap it sheds. The security gate is always broken, I feel sooo safe! These people are always trying to take your money from the rent, to making get the APARTMENT cable, and charging $20 a month to use the apartment personal trainer! The pool, the only pool is the size of my bathtub, and these beautiful apartment homes on this outstanding secured property can all ber yours for the great price of.............$905 a month, not including cable or electricity!! So, I think I have said enough, if you don't have enough sense to steer clear from these apartment homes you must have money to BURN!! P.S. I can't wait until my lease is UP!!!
