Apartment Review for Arbor View Apartments - Biloxi, MS

When we first moved in to arbor view we actually thought it was a nice place. That was a year ago. So much has changed in a year. The "luxury" apartments that they advertise are a joke. The people that the leasing agents are letting live here are scary. Not to mention the rapist who lives here on house arrest. That makes you feel secure. I'm tired of these contract workers moving in and out who are like vagrants and should be living in a motel.Did they have to be subjected to a background check to live here like all of us? I never got an answer when I asked that question. Their constant noise and endless parties makes this place anything but peaceful. I guess management thinks that they would rather lose good tenants in order to keep these contract apartments. Maybe they don't feel that they can lease out the apartments. I also have had freinds who live here come home to find their doors wide open, pets let outside with no notice that maintenance was coming to do work. I am glad that housing prices are down so that I can buy a house and get the h*ll out of this place.
