Apartment Review for College Heights Apartments - Biloxi, MS

Run away fast! German Cockroaches infest this apartment complex so bad it's not funny even if you are a clean freak. I'm embarassed to have friends over at night because of them. If your hot water heater breaks and is dumping hot water outside they will not foot part of the electricity bill. The handy work is really bad. Thework they have done on the apartment makes my place look worse. I have a hole outside my door (I live on the second deck) A good size hole that caved in whil I was walking over that spot and all they did to take care of it was put ply wood over the hole. I'm going to save some money and move out soon. Oh, and I still have Katrina door. Oh, and like 20 people live in a one bedroom apartment next to me and they drink and party and stare at me. The only good out of this place is that it is cheep and It's right by MGCCC. And I posted anonymousy but they can figure out who I am I'm just tired of living in that beat down place where nothing gets fixed
