I SWEAR, SOMETIMES I FEEL LIKE THE PEOPLE ABOVE US ARE GONNA FALL THROUGH. ITS NOT THEIR (THE RENTERS)FAULT BECAUSE WE HAVE HAD 3 SETS OF PEOPLE LIVE UP THERE, AND THE NOISE WAS ALWAYS AN ISSUE.... AWFUL INSULATION OR SOMETHING????  Need to rent an apartment?
