Apartment Review for Cypress Lake Apartments - Biloxi, MS

We reported mold and mildew growing in the window and it took over 5 months and a threat to go to the health department with photographs to get the obvious molded drywall replaced then claimed all damage was due to condensation in windows. Many other tenants reported to have the same issue - verified through maintenance dept. - and to date no one has looked into any other reasons for the mold & water leakage in windows. Security is always unavailable nights and weekends. The gated access is a joke. It is only in operation approx. one week of every month and a half. The day it is repaired someone else rams it open and it is out of order for another several weeks. Expect midnight calls from people trying to get in the gate when the gate is in operation as well as 1-5 other people tailgating you in. Many just wait in the restaurant parking lot next door for someone to come through with proper access and try to run you over getting in before the gate closes. We are currently under the third management/maintenance team this year. Very dissatisfied with the office personnel. They are not professional and have crossed personal boundaries as well as lied to cover themselves. Put everything in writing and keep personal copies. Trash is always an issue as well as parking. No one is cited for not picking up after their dogs and in the heat of the summer most parts of the back yard smell like a sewer. Would not recommend to anyone.
