Apartment Review for Grande View - Biloxi, MS

Kim the manager is a complete dummy. She hardly ever in the officem you always have to leave messages for them. Management does commnicate well. Also the pool is never clean. Patrick the maintenace guy never finishes a job. I have been waiting 3 mos for a hole in the wall they made to be fixed. Dumpsters are always running over with trash. They said the apt didnt get wet from the storm but U have mildew in my closet that I have complained about 3 times.It smell terrible. You cant get you own cable or phone company they have a contract with com1 which is very expensive and not professional.
