Apartment Review for Grande View - Biloxi, MS

My family and I have live at Grande View for three years. We have enjoyed our stay. The staff is wonerful and very helpful. We receive lots of packages and it's nice the staff will accept them. A few apt communities we have lived at want do that. The property is well kept. The pool is always clean the maintenance staff does a great job. We enjoy it every summer. The grounds are very clean. It's nice to drive home and see how clean they are. We also had an increase in our rent. We checked into moving to another community but the price was just the same. Some even higher. I also didn't like what I saw. We like the school system we live in. Good and bad in every community. We were very impressed by how quick they recovered after the hurricane and how fast they were able to get people back into an aparment. I'm sure it was'nt easy. I'm sure most people were happy to have a roof over there head. I know they worked very hard. I'm glad Grande View made it through the hurricane. Most of the property south of the track is gone. We should all thank GOD we are still here. I also have had trouble with the internet. I don't think it's right that we have to go through one compnay to have our services. But it's not enough to make me up an dmove my family. I'm sorry for the staff to take such a beating on these reviews. I can only guess the bad reviews are from pretty upset residents that had to follow some sort of rules or had to receive and increase they didn't feel they should not have received. Grande View is not the hood and the pool is not always dirty the trash containers do fill up some times but they are alway on top of it. We all have opinions good or bad. Please before you trash a community think of the good things they do for you. Consider how hard they work in making your home a nice and clean place to live.
