Apartment Review for Keesler Bay Villas - Biloxi, MS

This property has the potential of being a good one however, with all of the people that live here and the lack of concern with the property it is a awful. They are not able to keep security nor good tenants here because of all of the things that go on here. The trash overflows for days at a time and there are people who hang put on the parking lot all times of day and night. Kids and adult hang in the breezeways and on the stairwells. It's almost unbearable, I made the mistake of moving here please don't do the same.
