Apartment rules do not apply to everyone - when it comes to noise from neighbors and noise from people at the pool. Outside doors are not to be used as storage areas, what do you call dozens of empty nursery tree containers? People that live here have no rights in their own apartments - according to the office it is OK for people at the pool to be as loud as they want until the pool closes. Then you have some that climb the fence even after the pool closes. Nothing is ever done to the ones that distrube others. What about those people that work nights? They do not have the right to sleep during the day because the noise makers at the pool are the ones with the rights. What about the people that have to get up early to go to work? They can't sleep either, but the people at the ppol can surely make all the noise they want. Security, that's really a joke! IF he shows up, he does NOTHING, then goes back to his apartment, but meanwhile the problem still exists. Some security lights have been out for months. It is not safe to go do laundry or throw away trash. Nor is it safe to park and walk to your apartment after dark. There are large shrubs in dark areas at night with security lights that don't work - and it is dark passing by them - anyone could be hiding behind them. There have been car break-ins - could it be because lack of security lights? What do you think? No wonder the rent is cheaper here - now you see why.
