Lets see my AC broke several times in one month before they finally replaced it. Manager and her husband who is an overpaid maintance man are complete A$$E$. I have yet had a pleasant encounter with them and I pay my rent on time. And to finish this review she is tow happy. Loves to tow perfectly fine cars she thinks are broke down or illegally park. I think Id rather live in the drug and whore infested apartments next to us.  Need to rent an apartment?
