Apartment Review for Pass Pointe Apartments - Biloxi, MS

When you compare the Pass Pointe Apartments total square footage and rent ratio to that of other apartments on the coast....Its not that bad. During out apartment search, which lasted for a month, we viewed over 30 apartment complexes. Pass Pointe is not the newest apartment complex, but the administrative staff, management, and maintence has been very curtious and quick to respond to requests. Since living at Pass Pointe I have observed: *The walls are thin....you can hear your neighbors having VERY loud sex. (We're talking yelling...) *The appliances are older....the diswasher makes a good bit of noise and you need to pre-rinse your dishes to have them be clean; the refridgerator cooling unit rattles each time it shuts off...this is a very loud noise, but at times...you barely notice it. *Managment does place notices and letters on the doors to keep residents informed of inspections, changes in policy, and apartment socials (e.g. Thanksgiving and Christmas parties). *UPS, FedEx, and USPS can drop packages off at the main office if you are not home and a signature is not required. *Cleanup from the hurricane has been slow but steady....a lot of places are having this problem so its not a big deal (at least we did not receive the brunt of the damage) *Pool has been open most of the time, when it was not it was on a weekday or in the off season. For the value, Pass Pointe is not a bad apartment complex. There are a lot of families with children and military associates in tlhe complex.
