Apartment Review for Pass Pointe Apartments - Biloxi, MS

OK I have lived here from when the old mangers were here and now under the new management. Nothing has changed. I complained about mold on my ceiling, so they came in a painted over it.. IT IS NOW BACK. As I was shampooing the carpet it unraveled, which I am sure I will have to pay for... The stove caught on fire when I turned it on LOW it was only on for a second. The pipes busted from my apt and collapsed the down stairs neighbors ceiling. The workers came in to fix my tile they got glue all over the place. The dishwasher is old and does not always work, the lights always go out and I HAVE TO PAY FOR NEW ONES. The walls are paper thin. There is a huge mold problem in the bathroom behind the wall. The hot tub has been closed since i moved in LAST YEAR it is very dark here at night. Neighbors are LOUD. Parking is horrible. No one enforces parking. People will park in two parking spaces to prevent thier car from being damaged. OVER ALL THEY ARE NICE TO LOOK AT, BUT TO LIVE IN.. NO WAY. i WILL NEVER LIVE HERE OR WOULD I RECOMMEND THEM. THEY ARE WAY OVER PRICED FOR SUCH A PIECE OF CRAP APARTMENT
