Apartment Review for Southwind Townhomes - Biloxi, MS

I understand that we were one of the first people to move in, and that they're terribly busy completely the complex - but our issues have went unresolved for months now. We're more than halfway through our lease come next month, and we have two pages of issues that havent even been looked into. Tonight I noticed a wiring issue, that's not only affected our $2500 television, but now it's affecting our vonage service. We have water leaks, electrical sockets out, water stains, woodroaches and earwigs, and our apartment isnt even completely finished. At first we began going in twice a month, but now we have just started going monthly. No resolve is being made. The representatives in the office tell us they they've submitted our work that needs to be made, but nothing ever comes of it. Once in a while, a worker will come in and tell us they'll be on it, but never shows back up. We pay nearly $1500 a month to live in an upscale shack. I'm definitely not resigning a lease and would not recommend this place to anyone.

Perks; Parking is GREAT. Always great parking places. Outside is landscaped and they're very strict about the outside appearance of your unit. The staff is very friendly, and the apartments are very beautiful.
