Apartment Review for Southwind Townhomes - Biloxi, MS

In the wake of Katrina, the folks at Southwinds Townhomes have done a great job as they rebuild this property. The staff was extremely warm and friendly. An example of their professional and courteous manner is; upon arrival our new unit did not have a washer and dryer as was described in our contract. Within an hour of reporting the need for these appliances the maintenance staff had installed them for us. They checked the next day to make sure the washer and dryer where working to our satisfaction. The units were extremely clean, well decorated and appointed with linens, dishes etc. Leslie and Lisa who work in the office were warm and friendly and most of all eager to help in anyway possible to make our stay a pleasant one. Thanks to everyone at Southwinds and we look forward to seeing you all again.
