Terrible place to live!!!

I moved from a place to upgrade and was very disappointed. I currently live with a large hole in my bathroom ceiling, hot water that leaks all day, and the roach problem is almost gone. haha NOT! Management says that the water that leaks from the upstairs toilet onto my toilet is normal for a downstairs apartment. You figure it out.  Need to rent an apartment?
